The shahid Orkhan Rahbar oglu Ismayilzade, a victim of a war crime by the Armenian troops, was remembered in the village of Khoruzlu in the same province.

It was made clear that the Armenian Nazis had repeatedly subjected the civilian communities of the province to heavy artillery fire in violation of jus in bello during the counter-offensive launched for the territorial integrity of our country. Barbaric deeds were done against the peaceful population contrary to the international laws. The dweller of Khoruzlu Orkhan Rahbar oglu Ismayilzade, born in 2004, died in another bombardment of the town of Terter and the adjacent populated localities on 24 October 2020.

The speakers stressed that the Armenian war crimes against the Azerbaijani civilians committed during the Patriotic War should not remain unpunished and that the criminals should appear before international courts.

They said prayers for the souls of the shahids and wished the gazies good health.
