Chair of the Milli Majlis Culture Committee Ganira Pashayeva will leave for Ankara and Istanbul on 25 November to join the celebration of the 200^th jubilee of the outstanding Azerbaijani ashik Ashig Alasgar being organised under the patronage of the TURKSOY.

The life and creative work of the master of words Ashig Alasgar will be talked about at the event; pieces from the creative legacy of the remarkable minstrel will be performed, too.

Ganira Pashayeva will also attend the presentation of the book Selected Compositions by Ashig Alasgar translated by the prominent Turkish writer Kenan Çarboğa.

This trip will end on 28 November.
