MP Javid Osmanov Meets Gazies, Families of Shahids

A member of the Milli Majlis and of the board of the New Azerbaijan Party Javid Osmanov met the Patriotic War gazi Aykhan Ilgar oglu Isayev who had lost a leg in battle and his family in their hometown of Agdash.

MP Osmanov also attended the wakes there in Agdash of Major Emil Shahid oglu Mayilov killed in the State Frontier Service military helicopter crash during a training flight at the Garaheybat Proving Grounds in Khizi Province. MP Osmanov offered his condolences to the shahid’s family.

Furthermore, Javid Osmanov called on the families of the following shahids: of Murad Eynulla oglu Hajiyev in the village of Gurjuva, of Elshad Mehman oglu Aliyev in the village of Tofighi, of Ramil Raghif oglu Salimzade in the village of Agjayizi and of Elvin Eldaniz oglu Mammadov in the town of Agdash. During the latter, MP Osmanov had the opportunity to congratulate the shahid’s little sister Deniz on her birthday.

The member of the Milli Majlis spoke about the heroic battles that thousands of young men had fought in the 44 days’ Patriotic War, that the shahids’ names are inscribed in the national history annals in golden letters, that they are remembered and revered and that they are an example for future generations. That was said at every meeting. The gazies’ and the shahid families’ appeals were heard very attentively; some of their concerns were discussed in situ.

The gazies and the shahid families expressed their satisfaction with the state care they are receiving, for which they thanked President and the victorious Commander-in-Chief Mr Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva.
