The parliamentary delegation led by Chair of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova arrived in the Republic of Lithuania on an official visit on 3 February.

Our delegation were welcomed at the international airport of Vilnius by the chairman of the economic committee of the Lithuanian Seimas/leader of the group for inter-parliamentary connexions with Azerbaijan Kazys Starkevičius, the Lithuanian ambassador to Azerbaijan Edigijus Navikas, our ambassador in Vilnius Tamerlan Garayev and other officials.

The programme of this visit envisages a number of meetings that the Chair of the Milli Majlis will have with the President of the Republic of Lithuania, the Chairman of the Seimas and other state figures.
