The wake of Senior Warrant Officer Ogtay Aladdin oglu Badalov, a shahid fallen heroically on the Gubadli front of the 44-day Patriotic War, went In the village of Cheshmali of the Tovuz Province with MP Arzu Naghiyev, executives of the provincial executive authority, the shahids’ relatives, the mothers of the other fighters fallen at the war and the local public. Prayers were said for the soul of Ogtay and of the other shahids. Respects were paid to their memory.  

Ogtay Badalov was decorated with the Flag of Azerbaijan Order and the ‘For the Motherland’, ‘For Liberation of Кельбаджара», ‘For Liberation of Khojavend’ and ‘For Liberation of Jabrayil’ medals posthumously for his outstanding service and participation in the war’s battles.

The one-year wake of the 44-day War shahid Warrant Officer Chilinghir Azad oglu Nabiyev took place in the village of Shikhheybat of the Chatakh District of the Tovuz Province on 28 October with the attendance of MP Arzu Naghiyev, officials of the provincial administration, the shahid’s relatives, other shahids’ mothers and the local public.  

Chilinghir Nabiyev is decorated with the ‘For the Motherland’, ‘For Liberation of Fuzuli’, ‘For Liberation of Khojavend’ and ‘For Liberation of Jabrayil’ medals posthumously to the decrees of the president of Azerbaijan.

On the same 28th day of October, the Patriotic War shahid Javid Humbat oglu Huseynov was commemorated in the Tovuz Province village of Alakol. MP Arzu Naghiyev, officials of the provincial administration, the shahid’s relations, other shahids’ mothers and the local public took part in the wake.  

Javid Huseynov is decorated with the ‘For the Motherland’, ‘For Liberation of Kalbajar’ and ‘For Military Merit’ medals posthumously to the decrees of the president of Azerbaijan.
