The Shahid Elvin Mustafayev’s Birthday is Marked in Ganja
The birthday of the shahid Elvin Fakhraddin oglu Mustafayev was marked in Ganja in a ceremony joined by the MPs Parvin Karimzade and Mushfig Jafarov, the chairman of the NAP’s city party branch Ramil Orujov, the members of the shahid’s family and members of the local public.
They went to the gravestone of the fallen warrior in the Martyrs’ Lane of Ganja where they talked about Elvin’s affection for his Motherland, the native soil and the home of his father and forefathers. All our shahids were commemorated with reverence. It was said then that Elvin Mustafayev who had taken part in the battles for restoration of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and had discharged with glory the duties set before the detachment in which he had served was decorated with the medals ‘For the Motherland’, ‘Valiant Warrior’ and ‘For Liberation of Kalbajar’ posthumously to the orders of the president of the republic.
The shahid’s relations thanked the Head of State Mr Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva for their unfailing care and attention.
Elvin Fakhraddin oglu Mustafayev was born in Ganja on 14 March 1992 and was killed in action in the engagement for Murovdag on 27 September 2020. The Ministry of Defence had pronounced him missing at first but his body was found, recovered and interred in the Martyrs’ Lane of Ganja eventually.
The memory of Elvin Mustafayev who rose to the summits of the Shahidism will live for evermore.
