The parliamentary delegation led by Chair of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova, in Georgia on an official visit currently, have gone to the Great Leader’s monument in the Heydar Aliyev Park in Tbilisi on 19 April.

The Chair of the Milli Majlis placed a wreath at the Heydar Aliyev monument and paid her respects to the memory of the genius. She was accompanied by the Azerbaijani MPs, our ambassador to Georgia Faig Guliyev and other officials.

Also as part of this visit, the Chair of the Milli Majlis put a wreath at the Heroes Memorial in Tbilisi in honour of those who sacrificed their lives in the name of Georgia’s territorial integrity.

The national anthems of Azerbaijan and Georgia were sounded.
