Chairman of Milli Majlis Committee Goes to Turkey

The chairman of the Milli Majlis Health Care Committee and leader of the Azerbaijan-Turkey inter-parliamentary connexions working group Ahliman Amiraslanov will be in Ankara and Karaman in Turkey on 9 May.

In Ankara, Mr Amiraslanov will attend the events that the embassy of Azerbaijan in Turkey is organising to honour the 99th anniversary of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev.

In Karaman, our MP will join the seventh meeting of the Environment, Natural Resources and Health Care Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Turkic-Speaking States (TurkPA) and will also take part in the seminar ‘Countering the pandemic in the TurkPA Member States’.

At the 7th meeting of the above-said commission Ahliman Amiraslanov who happens to be chairing it will read a report on the draft recommendatory resolution ‘Unification of the Health care Systems of the TurkPA Member States’.

As regards the seminar, its sessions will be dedicated to debate about the present-day state of pandemic-related affairs in the Assembly’s member-states and the relevant steps being taken in them.

Mr Amiraslanov’s visit to Turkey is due to end on 14 May.
