MP Jala Ahmadova Calls on Shahid Families
MP Jala Ahmadova has called on the families of the shahids Garib Bakhshaliyev, Azad Bakirli, Ahmadaga Isgandarov and Samir Sariyev as part of the We Owe You campaign in the Narimanov District of Baku. She was told there of the life and combat paths of the warriors fallen in the name of the sovereignty and integrity of Azerbaijan. She paid her respects and extended gratitude to the shahid parents for having raised such excellent sons. The law-maker asked that the Almighty would rest their souls merry; she also wished their families endurance.
The shahid families thanked President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva for their caring attitude towards those people.

On 19 October, Jala Ahmadova joined the commemoration of the Patriotic War hero and shahid Subhan Rahim oglu Jabrayilov organised by the executive authority of the Salyan Province.
It was told at the ceremony that the provincial dweller Subhan Jabrayilov had been Senior Sergeant with the Special Designation Forces of the Azerbaijani Army. During the service, he had been awarded the jubilee medals ‘The 90th Anniversary of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan’, ‘The 95th Anniversary of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan’ and ‘The 100th Anniversary of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan’ as well as the Impeccable Service medals, the 3rd and the 2nd classes. Senior Sergeant Jabrayilov manifested outstanding valour in the fighting to liberate Fuzuli, Zanghilan, Khojavend and Hadrut from the Armenian occupation. He died a hero’s death in the heavy combat on the Gubadli front on 19 October 2020.
Subhan Jabrayilov is made Hero of the Patriotic War and decorated with the medals ‘For the Motherland’, ‘For Liberation of Fuzuli’, ‘For Liberation of Jabrayil’ and ‘For Liberation of Khojavend’ posthumously to the decrees of President, Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev.
The Memorial Complex honouring the Patriotic War Hero was inaugurated in his native village of Marishli in the Salyan Province on 19 October.
