Chairman of the Riigikogu of the Republic of Estonia Jüri Ratas arrived in Azerbaijan on an official visit at the head of a parliamentary delegation on 22 May.

The Estonian delegation were welcomed at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport by Deputy Chair of the Milli Majlis Adil Aliyev, the head of the Azerbaijan-Estonia inter-parliamentary connexions working group Jala Ahmadova, Azerbaijan’s ambassador in Tallinn Anar Maharramov, the Estonian ambassador in Baku Annely Kolk and others.

The scope of Jüri Ratas’ visit includes a number of meetings he will have with Azerbaijani governmental officials.
