The members of the Milli Majlis Kamal Jafarov and Erkin Gadirli will be in Paris on 22-23 May for the meeting of the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.

Following the intended approval of the minutes of the previous committee meeting, the Committee will hear reports on the state of affairs in the human rights defence and discuss the aftermath of the pandemic, the prevention of the vaccination discrimination and other matters. It is planned to pass several relevant decisions there.

Next, the Azerbaijani parliamentarians will be in Brussels on 23-25 May. MP Jafarov who is heading the Azerbaijan-Belgium inter-parliamentary connexions working group and the WG member MP Gadirli will have meetings at the Belgian Parliament to discuss growth prospects of inter-legislature co-operation.
