The members of the Milli Majlis Sabir Hajiyev and Hikmat Mammadov will leave for the Kazakh capital city of Nur-Sultan on 2 June to join the planned monitoring of the constitutional referendum set for 5 June: MP Hajiyev for the CIS Inter-Parliamentary Assembly and MP Mammadov for the TurkPA.

Sabir Hajiyev has been appointed to co-ordinate the CIS IPA monitoring mission at the referendum on addenda and amendments to the Constitution of Kazakhstan.

Our MPs will check the run-up to the referendum and, on the vote day, will watch the voter activities and ballot-counting.

Their trip to Kazakhstan will end on 7 June.
