Chairman of the Milli Majlis’ Disciplinary Commission and leader of the working group for the Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan inter-parliamentary connexions Eldar Ibrahimov, chairman of the parliamentary Counting Commission Eldar Guliyev and MP Mashhur Mammadov are leaving for Toshkent on 2 November meaning to join the Victory Day events there set for 8 November.
