TURKPA Commissions Meetings are Held
Four commissions of the TURKPA held their online meetings on 20 September ahead of the forthcoming 10th plenary session of the Assembly. The chairman of a Milli Majlis Committee and of the TURKPA Commission on Environment and Natural Resources Ahliman Amiraslanov said opening the sixth commission meeting that the Assembly states kept in their focus the issues related to ecology as one of the critical areas having experienced the impact of the coronavirus.
Election to State Duma Due in Russia
A group of the Milli Majlis deputies will be in Moscow on 16-20 September in order to monitor the forthcoming election to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

The annual session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE PA) began on 30 June. A member of the Milli Majlis, leader of the Azerbaijani delegation to the PA OSCE and the Assembly’s Vice President Azay Guliyev is leaving for Vienna on 3 July in order to attend the session and the meeting of the PA Permanent Committee.
